Overview
At LLEdTech Inc., we stand behind our products and want every family and educator to feel confident in their subscription. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for LLEdTech products, including Liter-I-See.
7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase for any LLEdTech product. If you are not satisfied for any reason during the first 7 days, contact us at hello@lledtech.com and we will process a full refund with no questions asked.
After the 7-Day Window
After the initial 7-day period, subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued after the satisfaction guarantee period.
Free Trial and Coupon Code Accounts
Accounts activated using a complimentary coupon code or free trial are not eligible for refunds, as no payment was collected.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@lledtech.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund if a billing error is confirmed.
Subscription Renewal Refunds
If a monthly renewal processes and you contact us within 48 hours requesting cancellation and a refund, we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@lledtech.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We process all eligible requests within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
